As they say, “Life officially starts once you graduate”.

But is a definite date stated for that “start” to officially begin? I mean, does it happen right after your graduation ceremony when you’re still on cloud nine celebrating while you diligently reply to all the congratulatory messages on your feed? Perhaps the week after you walk onto that stage to receive your diploma “jacket” as if you’re flying because you just graduated with “flying colors.” Or a month after that which for some is already crucial to come up with a decision for one’s employment status.

But here I am, on the 34th day after the so-called “start” of life, yet still in the middle of nowhere.
